Job summary

stayAPT Suites is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead total property operations for our extended-stay property in Georgia. You will direct all departments, drive local and corporate sales, and ensure profitability while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 3-5+ years in senior hotel management, expertise in PMS and front office operations, and a track record of delivering top-tier guest and resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hotel management role with a strong background in property operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business preferred; equivalent hospitality leadership experience acceptable.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; strong knowledge of PMS and front office systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational departments ensuring profitability, asset protection, and brand standards.
• Lead local sales, corporate accounts, and extended-stay business opportunities to maximize occupancy.
• Provide daily direction and leadership, training hotel staff, and partner with the on-site GM to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and drive resident retention in extended-stay operations.
