ASAP Associates in Taunton, MA is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to step into a General Manager role at an extended stay hotel. You will oversee daily operations, lead hotel teams, drive guest satisfaction and manage financial performance.

Qualifications

• Current hotel Assistant General Manager with at least 3 years of hospitality experience.
• Experience independently managing daily hotel operations, including serving as manager on duty or covering for the General Manager.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, employee performance, and labor costs.
