ASAP Associates is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager for a Taunton/Raynham, MA area property. This full-time, onsite role leads daily hotel operations, drives revenue, and ensures top-tier guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and reservations.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and performance, collaborating with regional and corporate leadership to meet financial goals while upholding brand standards and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Hotel management experience with leadership of hotel operations and staff.
• At least 3 years of hospitality industry experience.
• Experience overseeing front desk, reservations, and housekeeping operations.
• Knowledge of hotel budgeting, payroll, labor costs, and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front desk, reservations, housekeeping, and overall hotel operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, employee development, retention, and performance.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, profitability, and revenue performance.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain service and quality standards.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on operational improvements and financial goals.
• Coordinate accounting, accounts payable, and required administrative procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor local market trends, competitors, and demand generators.
