MillerKnoll stores are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead retail teams, drive sales, and champion design excellence in a collaborative environment. You will report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for all leadership activities within the store.

Bring retail management experience, a passion for design, and strong budgeting skills to build inspiring floor plans, motivate staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated design skills and appreciation for design.
• Financial literacy and ability to manage store budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team with coaching, recognition, and training.
• Oversee talent acquisition lifecycle in partnership with HR.
• Ensure store procedures, visuals, and housekeeping maximize profit.
• Lead floorplan development, design presentations, and weekly trade/home visits.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to share insights and grow the business.
