MillerKnoll is seeking a Store General Manager for Design Within Reach in Eatontown, NJ. You will oversee daily store operations, lead a design-forward team, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated design skills and a passion for design.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team through goal setting, coaching, and recognition.
• Oversee talent acquisition and performance management with HR involvement.
• Ensure store procedures support design leadership, presentation, and cost control.
• Lead floor plans, design presentations, weekly trade, and home visits.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to grow the business.
