Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Sales & Design Specialist to be the face of our brand in-store, guiding clients through a personalized journey that blends design sensibility with consultative selling. You’ll help create spaces that support wellness and productivity, acting as a trusted advisor and design consultant for clients who value quality and timeless style.

• Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the A&D (Architecture & Design) community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
