Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations to oversee all functions of a Papa John's restaurant and ensure profitability through strong leadership, planning, forecasting, and adherence to company policies.

This role manages Operations Managers, Shift Leaders, and team members; you will drive customer service, staffing, cost control, and local marketing to build brand loyalty and strong performance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Two years successful restaurant management or supervision experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification is required.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.
• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under state laws and the ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards; address deficiencies and improve operations.
• Oversee staffing, recruitments and conduct performance reviews; enforce standards.
• Drive sales through local marketing and exceptional customer service; manage ticket averages.
• Manage budgets, costs, inventory and assets; ensure safety and security standards.
