Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, address deficiencies and follow up with direct reports.
• Oversee training and recruitment efforts to meet staffing needs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage sales goals against budget; implement plans to improve ticket average and order frequency.
• Ensure food, labor and other costs stay within budget and maintain safety and security standards.
