• Oversee recruiting; set performance expectations; conduct reviews; document issues; coach and develop staff; implement recognition programs.
• Manage sales goals against budget by ensuring prompt service; execute plans to improve sales trends; expand local marketing and community presence.
• Control costs (food, labor, other) within budget; utilize FOCUS System; plan inventory to meet demand; ensure assets, safety and maintenance.
