Job summary

Papa John's USA, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations to oversee all restaurant functions and drive profitability.

This role requires decisive leadership, strong planning, forecasting, and adherence to company policies and systems. It reports to Operations leadership and oversees Operations Managers, Manager Designates, and Shift Leaders, with responsibilities across staffing, training, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards; address deficiencies.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns or issues.
• Solicit customer feedback and use it to improve restaurant operations and build brand loyalty.
• Oversee training and execution of quality standards.
• Oversee recruiting efforts to meet staffing needs and ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards.
• Establish and communicate performance expectations and conduct performance reviews with direct reports.
• Document performance issues and take disciplinary action, up to termination.
• Coach and develop direct reports and foster teamwork, energy and recognition programs.
