Papa Johns International, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations to oversee all functions of a Papa Johns restaurant and ensure profitability. You will lead with a self-sufficient mindset, enforce company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, and coordinate planning and forecasting.

This position manages operations, directs team members, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards while driving customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• Monitors product quality and customer service to identify deficiencies and ensure standards.
• Oversees recruiting to meet staffing needs and enforces uniforms/appearance standards.
• Manages sales goals against budget and previous year through customer service and local marketing.
• Manages profit goals and controllable costs within budget; uses the FOCUS System to monitor and adjust.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, address deficiencies and respond to customer concerns; solicit feedback to improve operations.
• Oversee recruiting, set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and drive team development and recognition.
• Manage sales against budget by ensuring prompt service and implementing local marketing to boost ticket average and order frequency.
• Control costs (food, labor) and ensure inventory and assets are well managed and safe; oversee maintenance and security.
