• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members and ensure orders reflect customer requests.
• Recruit and train team members; manage staffing levels and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals against budget and drive local marketing to build brand presence.
• Oversee cost control, inventory, safety, and preventive maintenance to protect assets.
