Job summary

Taziki's Café is seeking a results-driven restaurant general manager who will guide operations, oversee staffing, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage P&L, lead a diverse team, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced, full-service setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of upper management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for fresh Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Strong work ethic and passion for fresh food.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store’s P&L to reach cost goals.
• Write weekly staff schedule to balance people development and labor costs.
• Set shift tone and give clear directions to staff.
• Mentor staff and manage training and evaluations.
• Maintain Food Safety and proper food handling standards.
• Master menu and product knowledge for guests.
• Prepare catering orders with the team.
• Oversee ordering of products, supplies, and produce.
• Screen, interview, and onboard hourly employees.
• Uphold proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Serve guests and build meaningful connections.
