Taziki’s Café is seeking an energetic restaurant manager to lead daily operations at our Tennessee location. You will oversee staff, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and help drive profitability while maintaining food safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of management experience, a Food Manager’s certification, and a passion for fresh, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. This is a full-time role with a path to leadership and ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1-3 years management experience.
• Food Manager’s certification required within initial employment period.
• Proficient with Google Suite and general computer literacy.
• Strong work ethic with a guest-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Review store’s P&L, assist with scheduling, and help reach cost goals.
• Master menu knowledge and ensure accuracy in service.
• Greet guests, build meaningful connections, and maintain service standards.
• Oversee restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Set shift tone and give clear, calm direction to team.
• Mentor staff, manage quality and conduct training/evaluations.
