Taziki's Café is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee store operations, drive P&L performance, and elevate guest experiences. You will guide a team, ensure quality, and uphold brand standards across shifts.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of upper management, strong leadership, and a passion for fresh food, with a focus on safety, training, and guest satisfaction. This role includes a clear path to ownership and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Strong work ethic and passion for fresh food.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing store P&L to reach cost goals.
• Writing weekly staff schedules to balance people and labor costs.
• Setting the shift tone and providing clear directions to staff.
• Supervising and mentoring staff, managing development and evaluations.
• Ensuring food safety and proper food handling standards.
• Mastering menu knowledge and catering orders.
• Supporting kitchen operations and product ordering.
• Screening and onboarding hourly employees.
• Maintaining cash handling procedures and guest connections.
• Ensuring health department standards every shift.
