Job summary

Taziki's Café is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee multiple facets of operations, including P&L optimization, cost control, and team leadership. You will schedule staff, coach, and ensure high standards in food safety and customer service, while maintaining menu knowledge and quality.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, achieving labor goals, and maintaining compliance with health standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Experience with restaurant Profit and Loss statements.
• Food Manager certification soon after starting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store’s P&L and decide path to reach cost goals.
• Write weekly staff schedules to balance development and labor costs.
• Set tone for shift and give clear directions on goals.
• Mentor staff, manage quality crew development, motivation, and evaluations.
• Ensure food safety and mastery of menu/product knowledge.
• Prepare catering orders with the team.
