Taziki's Café is seeking a qualified restaurant manager to lead operations at one of our Brentwood locations. You will oversee P&L, staffing, and service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and food safety.

Ideal candidates bring proven upper management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for fresh Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. This full-time role offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Strong work ethic and passion for fresh food.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to build and mentor a team.
• Comfort with setting and achieving goals.
• Knowledge of restaurant Profit and Loss statements.
• Proficient with Google Suite and computers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store P&L and plan paths to reach cost goals.
• Write weekly staff schedules to balance development and labor costs.
• Set the shift tone and give clear directions.
