Taziki's Café is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee P&L, scheduling, guest service, and staff development to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, food safety expertise, and a passion for fresh, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. This full-time role offers a supportive team, growth, and a path toward ownership.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Must obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing store’s P&L to reach cost goals.
• Write weekly staff schedules to balance development and labor costs.
• Set the tone for shifts and give clear directions on goals and duties.
• Mentor staff and manage training and evaluations.
• Ensure Food Safety standards and compliance.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Prepare catering orders with the team.
• Support kitchen and other stations as needed.
• Order products, supplies, and produce.
• Screen, interview, and onboard hourly employees.
• Handle cash and payments properly.
• Serve guests and build connections.
• Maintain Health Department standards.
• Follow Alcohol Handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage.
