Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking an experienced store manager to lead operations, mentor a growing team, and drive profitability. You will oversee P&L, staffing, food safety, and guest service while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least 3 years in upper management, a strong work ethic, and a passion for fresh Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Expect a structured schedule with opportunities for growth and a clear path to ownership.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience
• Strong work ethic and passion for fresh food
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building and mentoring a team
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals
• Experience with restaurant P&L and cost controls
• Strong leadership, communication, and recruiting skills
• Willingness to obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting

Responsibilities

• Analyze store P&L and plan cost-driven paths to targets
• Write weekly staff schedules aligning development and labor costs
• Set the shift tone with clear directions on goals and duties
• Mentor staff and manage quality crew development and evaluations
• Ensure Food Safety excellence and proper food handling
• Master menu/product knowledge and catering orders
• Support and cover kitchen stations when needed
• Order products and manage supplies
• Screen and onboard hourly employees
• Ensure cash handling and payment procedures
• Provide guest service and meaningful connections
• Maintain Health Department standards
• Follow Alcohol Handling policies and proper food storage
• Maintain hygiene, uniforms, and appearance
