Job summary

Wonder seeks a General Manager to lead a location with a shared kitchen serving multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. You will own the local P&L, optimize labor, and drive business results in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

You will manage a blended on-site workforce and partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to grow the business while upholding Wonder’s service and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, field-based retail, hospitality, food, or eCommerce
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and strong cross-functional collaboration
• Experience owning P&L and driving operational results

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery)
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of internal employees and external partners
• Drive labor efficiency, food costs, and operational margins while meeting KPIs
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Represent Wonder in local partner ecosystems and ensure brand standards are met
