Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑volume, multi‑brand kitchen operation in Richardson, TX. You will own the local P&L, manage a blended onsite and contracted staff, and drive performance across labor, food costs, and guest experience.

You will partner with finance, culinary, and procurement to optimize operations, mentor managers, and scale the business while representing Wonder in the local ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading high‑volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Experience in fast‑growing, operationally complex environments such as multi‑brand or on‑demand services.
• Proven leadership with progression and accountability across teams.
• Demonstrated success owning P&L, KPI management, and results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine‑in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet business needs.
• Ensure adherence to labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and shelf life adherence.
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
• Drive data‑informed decisions to improve guest experience and efficiency.
• Set and track KPIs across internal and external contributors.
