Wonder is hiring a General Manager in Timonium, MD to lead a multi-brand, shared-kitchen operation. You will own day-to-day performance across kitchen, service, and fulfillment, while aligning labor, safety, and quality with brand partners.

You will manage a blended team of employees and contractors, drive KPIs, and own budgeting and cost controls to grow the business. A strong leader with hands-on experience in hospitality, eCommerce or logistics will thrive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and advancement
• Strong track record of driving operational results and cost control
• Demonstrated ability to influence across finance, HR, logistics, culinary and partners

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service and fulfillment
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput and service execution
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, waste and shelf life; forecast demand
• Manage partnerships and on-site brand collaborations
• Own the location P&L and drive cost savings and revenue opportunities
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of employees and contractors
• Represent Wonder in local community and partner ecosystems
