Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume, shared-kitchen location serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will own local P&L and drive labor, food cost, and margin performance while building a collaborative on-site team.

You’ll manage employees and contracted staff, align with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics, and champion data-informed decisions to deliver top-notch guest experiences in a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving results.
• Ability to lead cross-brand collaboration in a multi-brand kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted staff.
• Own location P&L, manage labor, food costs, and margins.
• Collaborate with finance, culinary, procurement and logistics to drive improvements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and guest experience standards are met.
