Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume, shared-kitchen location, overseeing kitchen, service, and fulfillment across dine-in, pickup, and delivery. You will own the local P&L, manage a blended on-site workforce and vendor partners, and drive KPIs through cross-functional collaboration with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record of progressive growth and P&L ownership.
• Experience in fast-growing environments with cross-functional leadership.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by state/local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day-to-Day Operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and manage shelf life adherence.
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
• Drive KPIs and align internal/external teams to deliver excellence.
• Own the location’s P&L and influence costs and margins.
• Grow the business by developing talent pipelines and mentoring managers-in-training.
