Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-brand, shared-kitchen location in New York. You will oversee daily operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment, while driving profitability and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will guide staffing, training, and vendor relationships, ensuring top-tier guest experience and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in hospitality, logistics, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and improving operational metrics.
• Experience managing blended on-site teams with contractors and brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Manage labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
