Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen serving multiple brands and channels. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a blended on-site team of employees and contracted staff, and ensure safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction.

You will own the location's P&L, drive cost efficiency, and collaborate with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to optimize performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume operations such as logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven ability to own P&L and drive KPI-based improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Manage labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet business needs.
• Own the location's P&L and drive labor efficiency, food costs, and margins.
• Partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to identify cost savings.
