Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager for a shared kitchen location, overseeing operations across dine-in, pickup and delivery for multiple brands. You will lead a multifunctional team, manage cross-brand collaboration, and own the local P&L.

You’ll hire and develop a high-performing workforce, collaborate with partners and vendors, and relentlessly optimize labor, food costs, and customer experience to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, field-based retail, hospitality, food, or eCommerce
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments such as multi-unit retail or on-demand services
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and advancement and full P&L ownership

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery)
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs
• Ensure adherence to labor, food safety, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and shelf life adherence
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time
• Drive KPIs and collaborate with finance, culinary, procurement, logistics
• Hire, onboard, coach, schedule, and develop a high-performing team
