Job summary

Wonder invites a General Manager to lead a busy shared kitchen serving multiple brands and delivery channels in Brooklyn. You will own the local P&L, guide a hybrid workforce, and oversee staffing, vendor relations, and day-to-day operations to ensure top-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities include cross-brand collaboration, cost control, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of labor deployment and service execution to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Proven track record in P&L ownership and KPI management.
• Experience coordinating cross-brand, multi-channel operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Manage a blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted staff.
• Drive labor efficiency, food costs, and operational margins.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with brand partners, vendors, and internal teams to grow the business.
• Monitor KPIs for guest experience, order accuracy, and throughput.
