Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery)
• Optimize labor deployment and throughput while meeting business needs
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and shelf life adherence
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time
• Drive guest experience KPIs and financial performance across the site
• Own and optimize the location’s P&L and partner with cross-functional teams
