Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform, seeks a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You will drive day-to-day operations, manage both employees and contract staff, and own the local P&L with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.

You will build a collaborative on-site team, align with brand partners, and mentor managers to support growth and excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of internal employees and external partners (contracted or brand-affiliated staff).
• Own the location’s P&L and influence labor efficiency, food costs, and margins.
• Build talent pipelines and deploy trainers for new store openings and onboarding.
