Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our management team and partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations. You will lead the front- and back-of-house teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive strong operational results.

The role requires proven restaurant leadership, with a passion for growth and the ability to manage schedules, coaching, and performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and coach staff for performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and schedule team members with district support.
• Coaching and performance management in collaboration with HR.
• Set clear job expectations and monitor staff performance.
• Communicate operational and HR issues to District Manager promptly.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections and ensure safety standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain sanitation and safety procedures and compliance.
• Drive ownership and explore value-adding opportunities.
