Job summary

Wingstop is seeking excellent full-time General Manager candidates to join our management team. The primary role is to work with the District Manager to oversee the daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage front- and back-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
• Proven ability to recruit, train and lead a diverse team
• Strong focus on customer service and operational results

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train and schedule team members in partnership with District Manager
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; communicate performance expectations
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and policy compliance; monitor inventory and records
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism to ensure positive experiences
