Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, orient, train, schedule staff in partnership with District Manager.
• Coach and counsel staff; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate expectations and monitor performance; enforce policies.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food preparation issues and handle customer service gracefully.
