Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, training, and scheduling restaurant staff.
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and policy compliance.
• Oversees front- and back-of-house operations and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and schedule team members with guidance from District Manager.
• Manage performance and coaching with HR involvement.
• Set expectations, monitor performance and compensate actions.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and store cleanliness.
• Inspect restaurant operations and inventory records.
• Resolve food prep issues and maintain customer service standards.
• Foster culture, leadership and teamwork.
• Lead with ownership and seek value-added opportunities.
