Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Coach and manage performance in partnership with HR.
• Set job expectations and monitor performance and compensation actions.
• Communicate with District Manager on operations and HR issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections and ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food prep issues and maintain customer service quality.
• Enforce sanitation and safety procedures and company policies.
• Pursue opportunities to add value and drive results.
