Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the District Manager.
• Recruit, select, train, and schedule team members; manage performance with HR support.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and enforce policies.
• Communicate effectively with District Manager on operational issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections and manage inventory records.
• Resolve customer service issues with professionalism to foster return customers.
• Maintain safe sanitation standards and secure facility environment.
• Achieve company goals by taking ownership of new responsibilities and adding value.
