Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead the front- and back-of-house teams, drive operational excellence, and proactively manage staffing and performance to grow the business.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a passion for delivering a flavor experience, and a strong track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant environments.
• Experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with District Manager.
• Recruit, train, assign, and schedule team members.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in collaboration with HR.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and manage compensation actions.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections and ensure sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and accuracy of records.
• Resolve service issues with customers to foster loyalty.
• Maintain safe, healthy facility environment and comply with health regulations.
• Achieve company goals by taking ownership of responsibilities.
