Qualifications

• Directs and assigns employees to ensure quality service and operations.
• Prepares work schedules and adjusts staffing levels as needed.
• Maintains inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Hires restaurant crew and management team to achieve staffing goals.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
