SONIC Drive-In is seeking a General Manager to lead a team, train crew and carhops, and ensure clean, safe, and efficient service. You will manage opening/closing, schedules, inventory, payroll records and guest satisfaction while upholding company policies and brand standards.

You'll recruit and hire staff, develop action plans to improve financial performance, and drive local marketing efforts. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role with irregular hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business or restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience, QSR preferred.
• Ability to work a 5-day week with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Train, coach and supervise crew, carhops and management staff.
• Direct daily operations to meet service standards and safety guidelines.
• Prepare schedules and adjust staffing to control costs.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and cost control procedures.
