Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs drive-in employees to meet service standards.
• Ensures compliance with policies and practices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Prepares staff schedules and adjusts staffing.
• Monitors inventory and places supply orders.
• Maintains employment records and payroll records.
• Fosters customer-service mentality and promptly resolves guest requests.
• Interviews and hires staff to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Produces operational reports and action plans for sales trends.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
