SONIC Drive-In in DeKalb, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will train and assist employees to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and efficient service.

You’ll help lead shifts, manage staffing, and uphold Sonic standards to deliver a great guest experience. Applicants should have restaurant management experience (QSR or retail), strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and solve problems while maintaining

Formación

• Experience in managing or supervising restaurant staff (QSR) or retail teams is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Oversees staffing levels, inventory and food cost controls.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures in the employee handbook.
• Performs opening/closing duties and maintains clean, safe operations.
• Addresses guest requests and resolves complaints promptly.
