SONIC Drive-In in Illinois is seeking a General Manager to lead the team, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. You will train Crew and shift leaders, schedule staff, control inventory, and drive plans to improve service, quality, and profitability.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred
• Ability to train, supervise, and motivate teams
• Willingness to work a 5-day week including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Directs and coaches crew, carhops, and skating carhops
• Directs staffing, opens/closes, and prepares schedules
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable financial or sales trends
• Develops and implements a marketing plan
