Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or similar retail customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team to provide an excellent guest experience and fulfill the mission to inspire healthy, active living.
• Use tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central for scheduling and inventory management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory, shipments, etc.
