• Utilize tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central for scheduling and inventory management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory/shipping.
• Review KPIs to identify opportunities and drive improvements; adjust as needed.
• Manage daily cash activities and deposits.
• Ensure food safety compliance across store operations.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance in line with company vision.
• Drive local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Recognize team achievements using programs and creative methods.
