Job summary

Smoothie King—a leading healthy lifestyle brand—is seeking a General Manager in Nashville to lead store operations, build a motivated team, and ensure an extraordinary guest experience. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or retail setting
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with retail/restaurant operations and KPIs
• Proficient with standard business tools and reporting

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver a great guest experience
• Use P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central for operations
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory shipments
• Review KPIs and implement improvements
• Handle store cash activities and deposits
• Ensure food safety compliance at all times
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance
• Drive program implementation through action planning and team leadership
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach
• Recognize and celebrate team achievements using available tools
