Ideal candidates have 3+ years of P&L management in hospitality, strong team leadership, and adherence to HMSHost policies. This role emphasizes engagement, training, and maintaining brand standards across units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant P&L management experience.
• Experience leading teams and scheduling.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies and operations.
• Ability to communicate in English and read menus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant operations and ensure opening/closing checklists.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and manage shifts.
• Hire, promote and discipline associates; promote HMSHost.
• Ensure onboarding, safety, compliance and training.
