HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or small cluster of units near Orlando. You will ensure clean, staffed, open operations and drive strong financial performance with P&L responsibility.

Key responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching, hiring decisions, adherence to brand standards, safety compliance and implementing marketing programs to boost revenue. On-site leadership required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated team management, delegation and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations; ensure opening/closing checklists are followed.
• Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability and manage P&L.
• Hire, promote, and discipline restaurant staff; maintain brand standards.
