Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years restaurant P&L management experience.
• Experience managing a multi-unit QSR or similar concept.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies and operations.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations and ensure daily opening/closing checklists.
• Staffing and deployment to maximize profitability.
• Monitor financial and operational data to meet unit goals.
• Recruit, hire, promote and onboard associates.
