Zaddy Solutions in California is seeking a General Manager to own the division’s operations and P&L, overseeing field technicians, dispatch, and business growth. You will drive profitability, streamline workflows, and lead licensed plumbers and office staff while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic sales skills to expand commercial maintenance contracts and residential programs within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in construction or equivalent education/certification.
• Extensive knowledge in HVAC and general construction.
• Valid California Driver License with clean DMV record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Able to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends.
• Knowledge of job costing, scheduling, and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• P&L ownership: manage division budget and pricing models to hit gross profit targets.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and office staff.
• Operational excellence: oversee dispatching, scheduling, and workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Business growth: develop strategies for maintenance contracts and market share expansion.
• Customer relations: serve as escalation point for inquiries and disputes to protect brand reputation.
