Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, team, financials, and culture across the center. You will lead operations from the floor, ensuring exceptional hospitality and sustained guest engagement.

You will drive sales, manage budgets and lead high-performing teams, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in high-volume guest-focused venues such as entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven track record driving sales growth and meeting financial targets.
• Fluency with full P&L including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar and events; fill in as needed.
• Drive daily sales through guest engagement, events and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across departments with a hospitality mindset.
• Set performance expectations and maintain consistent results in sales, operations and guest satisfaction.
• Own P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory and cost controls.
• Maintain a clean, guest-ready facility including attractions, kitchen, bar and event spaces.
